Coordination Issues: Reassign a Coordination Issue

This release is part of the new Coordination Hub experience for the Coordination Issues tool that will help the entire project team collaborate in real time with commenting, @mention functionality, and the ability to reassign issues. These actions are organized and tracked in a centralized 'Activity' feed panel that exists for each coordination issue. Ability to Reassign an Issue to Another Collaborator

The Coordination Issues tool has been updated to allow users who have been assigned to a coordination issue to reassign the issue to another 'Standard' or 'Admin' user in the project. While 'Admin' users can edit a coordination issue to change the assignee, this update allows 'Standard' level users permissions to reassign an issue themselves.
