Drawings: Drawings Tool Opens to Last Viewed Drawing Area

This announcement represents a single point in time. Future releases may impact the information below.
Feature Announced: January 10, 2019  /  Feature Released: January 16, 2019

Drawing Areas are now "Sticky"

If your project uses drawing areas to organize drawings, you no longer need to click into a drawing area each time you navigate to the Drawings tool. Instead, Procore now remembers the area you were in last and will open to the drawings list of that area. If you want to view drawings for a different drawing area on the project, you can click the Drawing Areas link at the top of the page, and then click on any other drawing area.

This change allows you to skip the Drawings Area page when navigating to the Drawings tool, which helps reduce the amount of steps required to access and view drawings.
