ERP Integrations: Import Sage 300 CRE Tax Groups into Procore

Procore has updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool to provide end users who have implemented the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration with the ability to import the tax groups you create in Sage 300 CRE® into Procore. A tax group is used in Sage 300 CRE® to calculate the tax rates on both purchase and sales transactions. After a successful import, your Sage 300 CRE® tax groups are referred to as tax codes in Procore. Project team members can begin applying those codes to a variety of different line items in Procore's financial tools. See How can I use tax codes on a project?

Items that you can apply tax codes to include:

  • Purchase Orders
  • Subcontracts
  • Purchase Order Change Orders
  • Subcontract Change Orders

Details

In order to use the import feature, a user with 'Admin' permission on the Company Directory can send an email to your Procore point of contact to enable this feature in your company account. See Setup the hh2 Synchronization client for Importing Sage 300 CRE® Tax Groups. After the hh2 setting is enabled, your Procore Administrator can begin to Setup the Import Sage 300 CRE Tax Groups Feature.
