Instructions: Create Custom Prefixes for New Instruction Types
Procore has updated the Project level Instructions tool (see Instructions) to give users with 'Admin' level permission the ability to configure custom instruction types with unique prefixes to help users identify between your project's different instruction types.
Example
Users with 'Admin' level permission can create an unlimited number of instruction types and define custom prefixes that the system applies to the beginning of all new instruction numbers. The illustration below shows you the Instruction Types area on the Configure Settings page.
Procore then applies the prefix to new instruction when you select the corresponding option from the Type list in the New Instruction page as shown below.
