Reports: Added 'Contract Dates' to 'Commimtments: Available Columns' for Custom Reports

Added 'Contract Dates' to Custom Commitment Reports
Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the following items to the 'Commitments-Available Columns' list when creating a custom report for the Commitments tool: Approval Letter Date, Contract Date, Issued On Date, Execution Date, Letter of Intent Date, and Returned Date. This adds each field to the list of filters in the published report's Add Filter drop-down list. Columns are only available when (1) The field is enabled under 'Contract Dates' area on the Project Level Commitment tool's Configure Settings page AND (2) the dates are accurate.
Demo
First, a user with 'Admin' level permission to the Commitments tool enables the 'Contract Date' fields. See Configure Settings: Commitments.
Then, a user with 'Admin' level permission to the Reports tool creates a custom report that includes one or more of the new 'Contract Date' columns. See Create a Custom Company Report or Create a Custom Project Report.
