Bidding

Increased Default Number of Vendors for Bid Invites (4/17/2018)

Updated the Bidding tool to increase the default number of vendors in the invite review pages from 50 bidders per page to 250 bidders per page.

Added Options To Bulk Actions Menu in Bid List (4/17/2018)

Updated the Bidding tool to add 'Select All' and 'Deselect All' options in the Bulk Actions menu on the Bid List.

Drawings

Added Ability to Edit Published Markup (4/20/2018)

Updated the Project level Drawings tool to allow users with 'Admin' level permission to edit published markup. This capability is also available to users with 'Standard' level permission if they are the user who published the markup. This capability supports linking, editing color/stroke/fill, changing text, and deleting. It also supports multi-select markup.

Moved Buttons On Review Page (4/19/2018)

Updated the Drawings tool to move the Confirm and Delete buttons on the review page up so they are directly below the last input field.

Increased Zoom Level in Drawings Review Page (4/17/2018)

Updated the Drawings Review page to allow users to zoom out more.

RFIs

Improved the 'RFI Emails' Settings for the RFIs Tool (4/17/2018)

To give project managers greater control over who and when emails are sent from the Project level RFIs tool, Procore has redesigned the 'RFI Emails' area on the Configure Settings page. Users with 'Admin' level permission on the RFIs tool can now either apply the default settings (pictured below) or customize the settings to send emails to users in specific roles. Prior to this redesign, RFI administrators only had the ability to turn emails ON and OFF. See RFIs: New! Improved RFI Email Settings.

Added Ability to Connect an Observation to a Change Event (4/20/2018)

Added the ability to add an observation as a Change Event origin.

Change Orders

Added the DocuSign Integration to the Change Order Tool (4/20/2018)

Added the Procore + DocuSign integration to Change Order Requests (COR's) for both Prime Contract COR's and Commitment COR's.

Prime Contract

Users Can Now Edit the Summary Tab in a Payment Application (4/20/2018)

Implemented changes which allows users to edit the Summary tab in a Payment Application when it's not the most recent payment application created.

Inspections

Added Ability To Delete Inspection Response Sets (4/19/2018)

Updated the Company level Inspections tool to provide users with the ability to delete response sets for inspections.

Added Sub-Locations to the Add Filters List in the Inspections Tool (4/16/2018)

Updated the Project level Inspections tool to provide users with the ability to select a sub-location from the Add Filters list.

Punch List

Added Delete and Retrieve Options to the Bulk Actions Menu (4/16/2018)

Added the ability to select multiple punch items in order to apply the Delete or Retrieve option using the Bulk Actions menu.

Timesheets

Setup a Labor Budget to Actual Report (4/17/2018)

Users can now upload budgeted labor hours from outside the Budget tool to view a comparison of Timesheet hours to these budgeted hours in a Labor Budget to Actual Report. The primary value of this report is to see the percentage of hours used for each cost code and includes calculated values like remaining and job to date hours. App Marketplace

DadoSync by AtlasWorks

A new App on the App Marketplace, DadoSync connects Box and Procore through an automated real-time sync. Any file that is added to Box, will automatically be accessible through Procore. This means all your plans and documents will be uploaded from Box to Procore and can easily be attached to specific projects in your Procore account for increased organization and collaboration.
