Add a 'Sub Job' column to the custom reports feature in the Company and Project level tool for reports that include data from the Project level RFIs tool. 

Restored View Report Online Link (6/22/2018)

Restored the View Report Online link in the export email notification that goes out. The link appears for both the Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF formats. 

Mobile Push Notifications for Drawings Tool (6/22/2018)

Added mobile push notifications for the Drawings tool to allow mobile users to specify which push notifications they want to receive on a per project basis. 

Drawing Downloads No Support Enabling Markup Filters (6/18/2018)

Redesigned the Project level Drawings tool download window so it now supports enabling markup filters.

Mobile Push Notifications for Photos Tool (6/22/2018)

Added mobile push notifications for the Photos tool to allow mobile users to specify which push notifications they want to receive on a per project basis. Users can also now opt-in to receiving push notifications from the Photos tool on supported devices (Android/iOS)  ** Photos ** Photo mentions

New Setting to Auto-Populate a Photo Album from a Punch List Item (6/20/2018)

Updated the Punch List tool so that now, if the the 'Default Punch List Items Photos to Items' setting is enabled in the Photos tool, any photos that are attached to a punch items when creating or editing the item will automatically populate a Photos album named 'Photos from Punch List.' This album is located in the Photos tool.

Expanded the Add Assignees Drop-Down List for Standard Users (6/19/2018)

Updated the Project level RFIs tool's 'Add Assignees' drop-down list. Now, users who have 'Standard' level permission to the RFIs tool can select both 'Admin' and 'Standard' users in the Add Assignees drop down list. 

Prefill A Payment Application With Billed Amounts From Requisition Commitment Change Order Line Items (6/21/2018)

Added the ability for a Payment Application's Prime Potential Change Order (PPCO) line items to have "Work Completed This Period" and "Materials Presently Stored" amounts be prefilled with billed amounts from a Requisition's Commitment Potential Change Order (CPCO) line items, if the line items have the same matching Change Event Line Item (CELI) ID. This feature can be used on projects that have the Change Orders by Line Item (COBLI V2) feature and the Project level Change Events tool enabled.

Added the Ability to Create Automatic Billing Period Schedules (6/19/2018) 

Added a new 'Start New Billing Period' button on the Billings tab on the Commitments tool. When a user clicks the button, a popup window prompts the user to select between 'Manual' or 'Automatic' billing period. The automatic option gives users the ability to create an automatic billing period schedule with a frequency of Never, Weekly, or Monthly. The manual option billing continues to work as in previous versions. .

Punch List

Added Default Start Time and Stop Time (6/18/2018)

Updated the Start Time and Stop Time calendar controls in the Timesheets tool. The Start Time now uses 8 AM as its default setting. The Stop Time's default setting is 5 PM. 

Added a 'Sign Here' tag to Attachments on Envelope (6/22/2018)

Updated Procore so that now, when any items are sent from the Commitments, Prime Contract, Change Orders, or Invoices in Procore and the items has one or more attachments for DocuSign, the attachments on the envelope will automatically have a 'Sign Here' tab.
