New Help Icon in Procore's Sidebar (9/7/2018)

Updated the Help button on the sidebar from a button to a Question Mark (?) icon with a blue outline to improve visibility. Clicking this icon opens a corresponding tutorial or FAQ from the Procore Support Site.

Admin

Added 'Non-Budgeted Source View' to 'Budget' page Under Tools Settings  (9/5/2018)

Updated the Company level Admin tool to updated the Budget page under Tool Settings with a new budget view. Now, when an end user clicks the Set Up a New Budget View button, the list of Standard Views includes a new 'Non-Budgeted Source View'. This provides Procore users with a template that reveals where all of a project's Unbudgeted Line Items (UBLIs) are coming from. See Set Up a New Budget View.

Directory
Increased Number of Search Results for Companies to 50 (9/5/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tools to increase the number of companies returned in Search results from 20 to 50. This matches the search functionality of the Bulk Add feature.

Reports
'Read Only' Users Can Now Share Custom Submittals Reports (9/6/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tool to provide users who have been granted 'Read Only' access to the Reports tool with the ability to share the report from the View page.

Bidding
Increased Number of Bidders Displayed on Bid List (9/6/2018)

Updated the Project level Bidding tool to increase the number of bidders displayed on the Bid List to 150.

Instructions
New 'Number Instructions by Type' Checkbox in Configure Settings (9/7/2018) 

Updated the Project level Instructions tool to add a new 'Number Instructions by Type' checkbox on the Project Instructions Settings page under Configure Settings. This setting is enabled by default and prevents users from editing instruction numbers. To disable this setting (i.e., allow your users to edit instruction numbers), an 'Admin' level user must remove the mark from the new checkbox. Please note that your end users will NOT be permitted to create instructions with duplicate numbers. See Instructions: New 'Number Instructions by Type' Checkbox in Configure Settings.

Planroom
Added Success Message to Confirm Submitted Bids for Subcontractors (9/7/2018)

Updated the Company level Planroom tool so that now, when a subcontractor submits a bid for the first time on a bid package, a 'Success' confirmation appears.

Added PDF/Attachments Column To The Subcontractor Invoices Index Page (9/5/2018)

Added a column to the Subcontractor Invoice Index page that will allow individual invoices to be exported as a PDF. This column will also display a paperclip if the invoice has one or more attachments tied to it.

Updated the Employee List in the Project level Crews Tool to add messaging information to explain why an employee name is not included in the list.

Procore + Sage 300 CRE
Maximum Limit of Ten (10) Characters for Sub Job (9/6/2018)

Updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool for the Procore + Sage 300 CRE integration so the system now checks the Sub Job field for character length. Sage 300 CRE specifies a maximum limit of ten (10) characters on Sub Job names. See Add a Sub Job to a Procore Project and What is the maximum character length for a Sub Job?

Procore + Spectrum Integration
Job Template No Longer Required to Update Project (9/5/2018) 

Updated the Procore + Spectrum integration so that when a project created in Procore is sent to the Company level ERP Integrations tool's 'Ready to Update' filter, it no longer requires a job template in order to be updated.
