Admin

New 'Enable Sub Jobs' Checkbox Setting (9/13/2018)

Added a new 'Enable Sub Job' checkbox on the General page under Project Settings in the Project level Admin tool. This lets users with 'Admin' level permission enable the Sub Job feature on a Procore project. See Admin: New 'Enable Sub Jobs' Checkbox Setting.

Reports

New Daily Log Completion Report in Custom Reports (6/13/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tool so that users with 'Admin' level permission on the Daily Log tool can now create a custom canned report for Daily Log Completion. From the Project level Daily Log tool, simply click Reports > Create New Report to launch the Reports tool. Under Select Tool, click Daily Log Completion and then continue creating the report.

Budget

Updated the Forecast to Complete Feature (9/10/2018)

Updated the Project level Budget tool with improvements for General Conditions Monitoring. Also redesigned the Forecast to Complete experience. For details, see Budget: Updates to Forecast to Complete.

Removed Ability to Import Budget CSVs on a Locked Budget (9/13/2018)

Previously, there was a backend setting in Procore that allowed users to import a CSV to a locked Budget. This setting has been removed, which also removes the ability for users to import a CSV to a locked Budget. See Import a Budget CSV.

Inspections

Renamed the Privacy Configuration Setting for Inspections (9/13/2018)

Updated the Project level Inspections to rename an inspection setting from "Checklist Private By Default" to "Inspection Private By Default."

Renamed an Inspection Template Filter (9/13/2018)

Updated the Company level Inspections tool to rename the text on a filter label from "Inspection" to "Inspection Template."

Observations

Bulk Edit Observations on the List Page (9//10/2018)

Added the ability to bulk edit observations on the list page.

Punch List

Bulk Delete Categories from Punch List Templates (9/13/2018)

Added the ability to Bulk Delete Template Categories from the Company level Punch List tool.

Updated the Banners for the Future Punch Manager Workflow that is Coming Soon (9/13/2018)

Updated the banners in the Punch Manager Workflow as a preparation step for an upcoming release of the Punch List Manager. For details, see Punch List (Coming Soon!) New Workflow for Procore's Punch List Tool.
