Reorganized Project Directory's Edit Contact Page (9/26/2018)
Updated the Project level Directory tool to reorganize user information on the Edit Contact page. Information is now grouped into three distinct (3) tabs: General, Distribution Groups, and Change History. This makes it easier to navigate and find the information you need to update. See Directory: Added New Tabs to the Edit Contact Page.
Added Bulk Inactivate Feature & Removed 'Inactivate Users' Granular Permission (9/25/2018)
Updated the Company level Directory tool to provide Procore Administrators with the ability to bulk inactivate user accounts. This capability is only available to Procore Administrators in Company Admin. A user cannot be inactivated at the project level. Also removed the 'Inactivate Users' granular permission from the permission templates feature. See Directory: Summary of Recent Updates to the Directory Tools.

Read Only' Users Can Now Share Custom Submittals Reports (9/27/2018)
Updated the Company and Project level Reports tool to provide users who have been granted 'Read Only' access to the Reports tool with the ability to share the report from the View page.

Included Sub Job Cost Codes In Cost Code Filter On Budget Change History (9/26/2018)
Included Sub Job Cost Codes In Cost Code Filter On Budget Change History TabPreviously, the cost codes included in the cost code filter on the Budget Change History tab only included cost codes from the main job. Now, the cost code filter includes cost codes from both the main job and sub jobs.

Added Project Names to Overdue RFQs Email (9/24/2018)
Added the project name that each RFQ originates from in the Overdue RFQs E-mail.
ERP Integrations
Updated Tooltip for Clarification (9/27/2018)
Changed the ERP Integrations tool's Budget/Direct Costs tooltip to say "ERP Commitment Invoiced" to help clarify the calculation for the column.
