Change Events
Updated the Change Order Default Amounts (4/11/2019)

Procore has changed where the Change Order line item amount is pulled from when you create a change order line item from a change event line item. Now, the change order line item’s amount will only populate with the Request for Quote (RFQ) value if the RFQ has a status of “Closed” or “Pending Final Approval.” If the RFQ is not present or has a different status, the change order line item’s value will populate with the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). Learn more about RFQ statuses and their effect on change order default values at What Are the Different RFQ Statuses and How Do They Affect Latest Cost and Change Order Amounts?.

ERP Integrations
Edit a Contract Payment Number Synced with QuickBooks (4/12/2019)

Updated the Payments Issued tab in the Invoicing tool to provide users with the ability to edit a contract payment's Payment # when the payment originated in Procore or when a QuickBooks® Desktop payment is synced with the ERP Integrations tool.  If payments are not synced with QuickBooks® Desktop, all fields can be edited.

Procore + QuickBooks: Availability of Send to ERP Button Based on Subcontractor Invoice Status (4/12/2019)

When all invoices on a commitment have a status of Approved, Approved as Noted or Pending Owner Approval the Send to ERP button appears on the subcontractor invoice view page, as well as on the Subcontractor tab of the Project level Invoicing tool. When any invoice is sent to the Draft, Under Review, or Revise and Resubmit status, the Send to ERP button is dimmed and includes a tooltip. At this time, only the Procore + QuickBooks® Desktop integration supports exporting subcontractor invoices. See Send Subcontractor Invoices to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance.
