Admin
New! Enable Security Settings (5/17/2019)

Users with 'Admin' level permission on the company's Admin tool can now request to enable security settings for logins, passwords, and session timeout intervals. See Enable Security Settings for Logins, Passwords, and Session Timeout Intervals.

New! Enable Single-Sign On (SSO) Setting (5/16/2019)

Procore has updated the Single Sign On Configuration page to add a new Enable Single Sign On checkbox. This provide your company's Procore Administrator with the ability to configure SSO for your environment. To learn how to configure SSO, see Azure Active Directory SSO, Okta SSO, or OneLogin SSO.

Configure Fields as Required, Optional, or Hidden in the Daily Log Tool  (5/15/2019)

Procore now provides users with 'Admin' permissions to the Company Admin tool with the ability to configure fieldsets for sections in the Daily Log tool. A fieldset is a group of fields that determines whether data entry is optional, required, or hidden from view when team members create or edit an item. RFIs
Create RFIs with the Microsoft Outlook Add-In (5/17/2019)

Procore has updated the Microsoft Outlook add-in to provide users with the ability to create RFIs directly from Microsoft Outlook. For details, see Procore for Outlook. 

Quality & Safety

Daily Log
Calendar View (5/15/2019)

Procore has added a visual calendar to the Daily Log tool to provide an overview of which days have pending and approved entries. See View the Daily Log Calendar. Instead of needing to navigate between different dates within the Daily Log to verify whether they have been filled out and marked as complete, you can now view a month at a time, along with the status of the entries. Inspections
New Inspections Response Options (5/17/2019)

Procore has updated the project's Inspections tool to add more response options to provide more visibility into your inspections data. See Inspections: New Inspections Response Options.
