Below are notable changes for the Procore web application for the week ending Friday, September 6, 2019.
Core Tools
Platform
New Product Categories
The Company Tools and Project Tools menus have been updated to organize tools by category. The new categories include Core Tools, Project Management, Financial Management, and Resource Management.
Admin
Updated Interface for the General Project Settings Page
The General Project Settings page in the Project level Admin tool has been updated to make a project's information easier to enter and review. In addition to the minor visual changes, you are now able to upload or manage the project photo and logo, search for information when selecting from lengthy drop-down menus, and you no longer need to manually format integer fields (e.g. phone numbers). See Update General Project Information.
Note: The new experience is not applied to projects using custom fields.
Reports
Today's Date Now Available as a Column & Calculation Option
Users now have the ability to add the current date in Reports. 'Today' can be added as a column and selected in a 'Date Variance' calculation in custom reports.

Daily Log
New Unified Experience for the Daily Log Tool on Procore iOS and Android Apps
As part of larger initiative to offer the same user experience whether using the Procore app on an iOS or Android device, the RFIs tool will soon have an updated interface that is unified across both mobile apps. The new appearance features a comfortable interface with improved readability and clearly labeled action buttons. The new experience is available on iOS version 2019.0809 or later and on Android version v8.1.2 or later.
