Edit a Prequalification Form via the Prequalification Portal

Objective

To edit your prequalification form.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
    Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.
• Additional Information:
  • If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.
  • Procore requires the following fields to be filled out in order to submit your Prequalification form:
    • Legal Company Name
    • Federal Employer ID
    • Industry Type

Steps

1. Navigate to the company's Prequalification Portal tool.
2. Click on the Name of the prequalification form.
3. Click Edit next to each category you want to modify.
4. Enter any new information for each category.
   Notes:
   • An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.
   • Click Next to continue to the next section.

Note: Once the prequalification form has been submitted, you will no longer be able to edit your form.
