View a Prequalification Form

Objective

To view your company's prequalification form.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
      Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Prequalification Portal tool.
  2. Click on the Name of the prequalification form.
  3. For each category, click Get Started or Edit to view the information.
    Note: Click Next to continue to view the next section or Back to Categories to view another category.

Note: Once the prequalification form has been submitted, you will no longer be able to edit your form.
