Delete a Comment on a Prequalification Form

Objective

To delete a comment on a prequalification form.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
• To delete any comment: 
  • 'Admin' on the company's Prequalifications tool.
• To delete a comment you added:
  •  'Standard' or higher permissions on the company's Prequalifications tool.
• Additional Information:
  • The most recently added comment is displayed at the top of the Comments list.

Steps

1. Navigate to the company's Prequalifications tool.
2. Click View next to the company you want to delete a comment on a prequalification form for.
3. Under the 'Comments' section, locate the comment you want to delete.
4. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮).
5. Click Delete.
