Approve an Action Plan to be Performed

Objective

To approve an action plan in the project's Action Plans tool.

Background

The Action Plans tool helps ensure that your unique company and project-specific requirements are clearly defined, centralized, and organized. Action plans created in Procore are reviewed for approval by key project stakeholders before being performed. If you have been designated as an Action Plan Approver on an action plan, your signature is requested to confirm that the action plan is ready to be performed.

Add Your Own Signature as an Action Plan Approver

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
  2. Click View next to the action plan that your signature is requested for.
  3. In the 'Action Plan Approvers' field, click the link with your name.
  4. In the 'Sign Below' window, add your signature and click Sign.
     Important
    By clicking "Sign" you are signing this form electronically and agree that your electronic signature is the equivalent of your manual signature.

Record a Signature for an Action Plan Approver in Your Company

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
  2. Click View next to the action plan that the signature is requested for.
  3. In the 'Action Plan Approvers' field, click the link with the name of the person whose signature you are recording.
  4. In the 'Sign Below' window, have the person add their signature and click Sign.
     Important
    By clicking "Sign" you are signing this form electronically and agree that your electronic signature is the equivalent of your manual signature.
