This page details notable changes to the Project level Daily Log tool for the year 2016.
Updated the Daily Log tool to add a 'Select All' checkbox at the top of the 'Copy Daily Log Records' window. This gives end users the ability to select all logs in the window that appears when they click the Copy Daily Log button.
Updated the Daily Log tool so that users can now select a blank option for 'Trade' when adding an entry for the Daily Construction Log Report.
Updated the Daily Log tool to add a blank selection in the Company drop-down list under the 'Daily Construction Report Log' area.
Updated the Daily Log to add a 'Previous Day' and 'Next Day' link. These links are next to the Date calendar control at the top of the Daily Log page.
Updated the Daily Log tool to fix an issue where Weather High would display as zero (0) degrees when the Weather Underground station was reporting highs of 100+ degrees.
Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the Daily Safety Violation Log to list of available Daily Log options in custom reports. See Create a Custom Company Report or Create a Custom Project Report.
Updated the Daily Log tool tool to fix an issue where user names were not appearing as expected after adding a timecard entry. This has been corrected.
Updated the Daily Log tool so that when its an active tab on a project for a new Procore account, the following logs are visible by default: Weather Log, Manpower Log, Notes Log, Timecard Entry, Equipment Log, Visitor Log, Call Log, Inspection Log, Delivery Log, Safety Violation Log, Accident Log, Quantity Log, Productivity Log, Dumpster Log, and Waste Log.
Timecard Entry area now displays entries using the employee's last name first. This is also reflected in the PDF export file.
Updated the Project level Daily Log tool so that when a user clicks PDF button next to the Export Data As label, the Notes section in the Manpower Log appears as expected in the exported PDF file.
Updated the Project level Daily Logs tool to increase the width of the Comments, Description and Notes areas to improve the user experience.
Added Daily Logs (Manpower, Notes, Timecard Entry, Equipment, Visitor) to the custom reports feature in the Company level and Project level Reports tools. See Create a Custom Company Report or Create a Custom Project Report.
Updated the Project level Daily Log tool so that when viewing multiple days in the log, only the Observed Weather for the dates appears. The Weather Report and Daily Snapshot will be hidden.
Increased the width of the Location drop-down lists to improve readability.
