'Paid Date' and 'Received Date' Can Now Be Edited Inline In Direct Costs Tool (22/2/2017)

Updated the Direct Costs Index page so that the 'Paid Date' and 'Received Date' fields can now be edited inline. 

Added Inline Editing To 'Direct Cost Date' and 'Status' In Direct Costs Tool (18/1/2017)

Updated the Direct Costs tool's list page so that the 'Direct Cost Date' and 'Status' columns can now be edited in-line.
