Perform Bulk Actions on the Project Directory

Objective 

To use the options in the Bulk Actions menu in the Project Directory. 

Background 

The Bulk Actions menu in the Project Directory lets you remove users from a project in bulk. 

Things to Consider 

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permissions to the Project level Directory tool.
    OR
  • 'Standard' or 'Read Only' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool with the appropriate granular permissions enabled on your permissions template. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.
• Supported Views:
  • The Bulk Actions menu is available in the Users, Companies, Inactive Users and Inactivate Companies views.
  • Availability of each menu command depends upon the active view and number of checkbox selections (i.e., one checkbox or multiple checkboxes).
