Export a Drawing as a PDF

Objective

To export the project's Drawings log as a PDF.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 
    • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Drawings tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Drawings tool.
  2. Click Open or Info next to the drawing you want to export.
    • If you clicked Info:
      1. Click Download or Download with Markup.
        Note: When a drawing without sketches and markup is downloaded, the drawing downloads as a single PDF. When a drawing with markup is downloaded, the user is emailed a PDF with markup. Drawings with sketches are emailed a .zip file.
    • If you clicked Open:
      Note: You can filter markups on the drawing before exporting. See Filter Drawing Markups.
      1. Click Export in the top menu to download a PDF of the drawing with all currently visible markups.
