Generate and Print QR Codes for Drawings

Objective

To generate a Quick Response (QR) code for a drawing. 

Background

You can generate and print a QR Code for a drawing so that the drawing can easily be viewed in the Procore Mobile app.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Standard' level permissions or higher to the project's Drawings tool. 
    Note: For users to view the drawing, they must have 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the project's Drawings tool.
• Additional Information:
  • QR code must be scanned with the Procore app:
    • Scan a QR Code (Android)
    • Scan a QR Code (iOS)

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Drawings tool.
2. Select the drawing area.
3. Open the drawing you want to generate a QR code for.
4. Click the QR Code  icon.
5. Click Print QR Code.
6. Click Print.
