View Materials Part Details

Objective

To view the details of a specific part in the Materials tool.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
• The most recent photo attachment (PNGs, JPGs, JPEGs, GIFs) is displayed as the main image for the part.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
2. Click the Control tab.
3. Click the Inventory sub tab.
4. Optional: Search Materials Inventory
5. Click the material name.

    Tip

   Alternatively, click the material name anywhere in the Materials tool.
6. Review the part details in the following sections:
   • Part Information
   • Inventory
     • Inventory
     • Locations
   • Activity
     • Activity
     • Purchase Orders
     • Shipments
     • Receipts
     • Transfers
     • Issuing
     • Returns
