Reorder Photo Albums
Objective
To change the sorting order of listed photo albums in a project's Photos tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Photos tool.
OR - 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions on the project's Photos tool with the 'Reorder Photo Albums' granular permission enabled on your permission template.
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Photos tool.
- Additional Information:
- By default, photo albums are listed from oldest to newest.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Photos tool.
- Select the Albums view.
- Click the Reorder button.
Note: You will see more menu (≡) icons across from each album, indicating that you can use a drag-and-drop method to reorder albums. - Click and drag albums to the desired location.
- Click Confirm.
