View Vendor Insurance Report
Objective
To view the Vendor Insurance Report with data from insurance information uploaded to the Project level Directory tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Reports tool AND 'Read Only' or 'Standard' on the Project level Directory tool with the 'View Company Insurance Information' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
OR - 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool.
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Reports tool AND 'Read Only' or 'Standard' on the Project level Directory tool with the 'View Company Insurance Information' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
Steps
- Navigate to the Project level Reports tool.
- Click Vendor Insurance Report under Project Reports.
- Filter for vendors in the right pane by using the following drop-down menus:
- Vendor Name: Filter by the vendor's name as it appears in the Directory.
- Effective Date Start: Filter by the effective start date that appears on the insurance certificate.
- Effective Date End: Filter by the effective date end for the insurance.
- Expiration Date Start: Filter by the expiration start date that appears on the insurance certificate.
- Expiration Date End: Filter by the expiration date end for the insurance.
- Once you've set your filter, you will see a report with the following information:
- Vendor Name: The name of vendor.
- Insurance Type: The type of insurance certificate reflected in the certificate.
- Exempt: Whether or not it is an exemption certificate.
- Provider: The name of the insurance provider company as it appears on the certificate.
- Policy #: The policy number as it appears on the certificate.
- Effective Date: The effective date as it appears on the certificate.
- Expiration Date: The expiration date as it appears on the certificate.
- Limit: The limit on the insurance plan.
- Info Received: Whether or not the complete set of paperwork regarding the insurance has been received.
- Attachments: The insurance certificate may be attached.
- Commitments: Whether it is a subcontract or purchase order.
- View this information in each section.
- Vendors with Global Level Insurance: This is a list of all of the vendors in the project's Directory that have insurance certificates uploaded to the Company level Directory.
- Vendors with Project Level Insurance: This is a list of all the vendors in the project's Directory that have insurance certificates uploaded to the Project level Directory.
- Vendors Without Insurance - With Commitment Contracts: This is a list of all the vendors with commitment contracts in the Commitments tool that do not have insurance certificates in the Project or Company level Directory.
- Vendors Without Insurance: Without Commitment Contracts: This is a list of all the vendors that do not have either an insurance certificate in the Project or Company level Directory nor a commitment contract in the Commitments tool.
