Export RFIs to CSV or PDF

Objective

To export the list of RFIs in the Items tab to a CSV or PDF file. 

Background

The RFIs tool lets you export the records in your project's RFIs tool to two (2) file formats: CSV or PDF. You also have the choice between exporting the entire RFI list for a project or exporting the information in a single RFI.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's RFIs tool.
• Additional Information:
  • The exported data reflects any active search results, filters, and sorted columns. See Search for and Filter RFIs.
  • If you want to download all of the RFIs for a project, users with the appropriate permissions can extract the RFI information using the Procore Extracts application.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's RFIs tool.
2. Click Export.
3. Choose one of the following options:
   • PDF - All Responses
     Downloads a PDF that includes the current list of RFIs, their questions, and all of their responses.
   • PDF - Official Only
     Downloads a PDF that includes the current list of RFIs, their questions, and only their official responses. See Choose an "Official Response" for an RFI.
   • PDF
     Downloads a PDF with the current list of RFIs.
   • CSV
     Downloads a CSV with the current list of RFIs.
