Export RFIs from a Tender Room in Portfolio Financials

Objective

To export RFIs from a Tender Room in Portfolio Financials to an XLS file.

Background

The RFIs page in the Tender Room is a powerful tool that allows you to manage RFIs from your vendors and keep information consistent across all tenderers. RFIs in a Tender Room can be exported to an XLS file. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Vendor' access to the project or higher.
    Note: Users can only export RFIs for a Tender Room they have access to. 

Steps

1. Navigate to the Tender Room you want to export RFIs from.
2. Click the RFIs tab.
3. Click XLS.
   
   
   
   Note: The file will begin downloading to your computer.
