Yes. With Procore you can attach a photo to a deficiency list item on the mobile app. When creating a deficiency list item from a mobile device, choose from the following options:

• Take Photo: Take and add a new photo to the deficiency list
• Attachments: Choose one of the following options:
  • Choose from Library: Choose an existing photo from your device's library.
  • Files: Choose an existing files from your device.
