How can I grant a 'Limited' user access to a specific Tender Room in Portfolio Financials?

If you want to grant a user with 'Limited' project permissions access to one or more tender rooms, you can manage tender room access in the Team section for the project.
- From the Project Page, scroll to the Team section.
- Click the vertical ellipsis
icon across from the user's name. - Click Manage Bid Room Access.
- Click the toggle to the ON position next to the Tender Rooms you want to grant the user access to.
Tip! If you want to grant access to all tender rooms, click Select All. - Click Done.
