How often can I sync data between Sage 100 Contractor and Procore?
Answer
When your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool and configured it to work with Sage 100 Contractor®, thre are two ways to synchronize the data between the two systems: On-Demand Sync and Procore-Managed Auto Sync. Both of these options require the hh2 synchronization client, which is configured for you by your Procore point of contact during the implementation process (see Sage 100 Contractor®: Setup Guide).
-
On-Demand Sync. You can perform an on-demand sync at anytime. See Perform an On-Demand Sync with Sage 100 Contractor®.
AND -
Procore-Managed Auto Sync. For most Auto Syncs, data will sync from the Sage 100 Contractor® server to the hh2 service every five (5) minutes. In addition, Procore polls the hh2 service for data every 30 minutes. When Procore detects that new and changed data is present in hh2, it is automatically moved into Procore. In addition, any changes in Procore are exported to hh2 and then moved into Sage 100 Contractor®. This ensures that your data is updated frequently throughout the day. If you have questions about the data sync for your integration, ask your Procore Administrator to reach out to your Procore point of contact.
