How will I know when my invoice or change order is approved or rejected in Portfolio Financials?

This information is intended for accounts with the Portfolio Financials product in Procore. 


You will receive an email notification after an item that you submitted in Portfolio Financials has been approved or rejected.

In addition, you can also log in to your Portfolio Financials account any time to check for updates. The status of your items can be viewed within the Invoices and Change Orders tabs of the Contract Room (shown below).
