What is the Tender Room in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

The Tender Room is a portal in Portfolio Financials that is shared between owners and tenderers during the tendering process. Each Tender Room has four different tabs for managing tenders: Trade Setup, Tender Form, RFIs, and Manage Tenders.

The following actions are some examples of what can be done in a Tender Room:

  • Share the RFP package
  • Invite tenderers
  • Manage communications and RFIs
  • Compare and award tenders

Vendors can only see the Tender Rooms that they have been invited to. Within a Tender Room, they can post RFIs, send messages, and submit tenders. See Resources for Vendors.
