What is the Communications tool?

The Communications tool enables you to capture a variety of business processes and send custom communications created through a template to collaborators, such as colleagues, subcontractors, contractors and clients. The tool provides configurable templates for formal and informal communication types that can be sent from one party to another. These templates are often built into the project contract. An example of such a communication type is Notice of Delay, Extension of Time, any site-related instructions and general communications.
