Report an Issue from Procore's iOS App
Background
If you discover an issue within Procore's mobile app, please send a report directly from your mobile device so that we can investigate and escalate the issue. To report an issue with Procore's iOS or Android app, see the instructions below.
Steps
- Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
- Navigate to the Sidebar screen by tapping your avatar circle next to the menu icon.
- Tap Support & Feedback
- Tap Report App Issue.
- Enter information about the Procore app issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message. - Tap Send Logs to Support.
