Search and Filter for Equipment Entries (iOS)

Objective

To use the search and filter functions to locate equipment entries on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Equipment (Legacy) tool.

Steps

Search for Equipment Entries

  1. Navigate to the Equipment (Legacy) tool.
  2. Type a keyword or phrase in the Search box.

    The search query will automatically return results matching the following fields:
    • Display Name
    • ID #

Filter Equipment Entries

  1. Navigate to the project's Equipment (Legacy) tool.
  2. Tap Filter  icon-filter-ios.png.

  3. Tap one of the following filters:
    • Induction Status
      • All
      • Inducted
      • Not Inducted
    • Type
  4. Tap Apply.
