Objective

To configure your preferences for the Tools menu on the Procore iOS app.

Background

You can configure the look and order of project tools on the Tools menu. This allows you to access the tools you use most for that project more easily and efficiently.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
  2. Tap the Tools icon-toolbox-mobile.png screen.
  3. Tap the configure icon-filter-mobile.png icon.
  4. Tap the following option to choose your display:
    • Grid View
    • List View
  5. Tap the star icon-open-star-mobile.png icon next to each tool that you want to bring to the top of the tool list. 
  6. Reorder tools to your preference by pressing and holding the reorder icon-reorder-ios.png icon to drag a tool to a different location. 
  7. Optional: Show or hide the remaining tools so they do not appear on the Tools menu by toggling 'Do you want to hide other tools?' to the ON icon-toggle-on-ios.png or OFF icon-toggle-off-ios.png position.
  8. Tap Save Changes.
