Updated Project Links Permissions
Changed Project Links permissions from Project default permissions to Project Home permissions, such that anyone with Project Home admin is able to create, edit, and delete links, and anyone with read-only access to Project Home can view links. Therefore, also, anyone without access to Project Home will not be able to see Project Links at all.
Why? Only company admins were capable of creating, deleting, and editing project links. We need a way to make these permissions more configurable and consistent with the rest of the Procore ecosystem.
