Export Time in QuickBooks® Desktop Format
This export enhancement helps users spend less time formatting data for payroll teams and provides a more accurate data flow into your payroll system.
You are now able to export time entries out of Procore in an Intuit Interchange Format (.IIF) that can be imported into QuickBooks® Desktop Desktop.
Note
This is separate functionality from the Procore + QuickBooks® Desktop Connector.
Why is this Important?
Due to QuickBooks® Desktop Software's proprietary IIF import format, it wasn’t possible to easily import time data into QuickBooks® Desktop Software for payroll, but now, with preformatted IIF exports, the previously required data manipulation and double data entry is eliminated.
