Portfolio
Submittals & RFIs Email Settings Now Carry Over to Project Templates (1/16/2019)

Updated the Portfolio tool so that now, the email settings specified on the Configure Settings page in both the Submittals and RFIs tools now carry over to new projects when using the Portfolio tool's project templates feature. See Configure a Project Template.

Coordination Issues
Elevate a Coordination Issue to an Existing RFI (1/15/2019) 

You can now elevate a coordination issue to an existing RFI from the Coordination Issues tool and the Procore plug-in. You will see options to Create a New RFI or Choose an Existing RFI. This creates a link between the coordination issue and the new or existing RFI. See Elevate a Coordination Issue to an RFI.

RFIs
RFI Email Settings Now Carry Over to Project Templates (1/16/2019)

Updated the RFIs tool so that now, the settings specified on the Configure Settings page under RFI Emails now carry over to new projects when using the Portfolio tool's project templates feature. See Configure a Project Template.

Procore Now Suggests a Title When Creating a Change Event from an RFI (1/14/2019)

When you create a change event from an RFI, the system now suggests a title based on the RFI's title. See Create a Change Event from an RFI.

Submittals

Construction Financials

Commitments
Now Showing All Approved Change Orders on a Contract & New Tooltip (1/14/2019)

Updated the 'Approved Change Orders To Add To This Invoice' table on the Edit page of the Detail tab on both Subcontractor and Owner Invoices to always show all Approved change orders on the contract. If an Approved change order does NOT include any line items, the 'Add to Invoice' button will be disabled with a tooltip informing the user that the change order must include line items. 

ERP Integrations
Sage 300 CRE: Now Pre-filling SubJob ID for Accounting Approvers (1/14/2019)

When sending a SubJob to the ERP Integrations tool for accounting approval, the system now pre-fills the SubJob ID for accounting approvers. See Send a Sub Job to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance.
