Reactivate a Batch of Companies in the Company Directory

Objective

To use Bulk Actions to reactivate Inactive Companies in the Company level Directory.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool with the 'Create and Edit Companies' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
    OR
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
2. Click Inactive Companies.
3. Mark the checkbox next to each company you want to reactivate.
4. Click Bulk Actions and select Reactivate.
5. In the 'Reactivate Companies' window, review the list of companies. Click the X next to a company's name to remove it from the list.
6. Click Reactivate.
   The reactivated companies can be found in the Company level Directory and any Project level Directory that they were added to before being inactivated.
