Remove a User from Projects in Your Company's Procore Account
Objective
To remove an existing user from one or more projects in the Company level Directory tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- You can search by project name, number, or address.
- 100 projects load per page.
- You can select projects across multiple pages.
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
- Click Users.
- Click View next to the name of the user you want to add to multiple projects.
- Click the Projects tab.
- Clear the checkboxes for the projects you want to remove the user from.
- Clear the checkbox at the top to remove the user from all projects on that page.
- Move the toggle to the ON
position to only show the user's assigned projects
- Click Save Changes.
Note: This may take a few minutes. You can navigate away from this page and check back later.
In Beta
This functionality can be enabled in Procore Explore by joining the beta for Bulk Add a User to Projects from Company Directory.
- Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
- Click Users.
- Click View next to the name of the user you want to add to one or more projects.
- Click the Projects tab.
- Click Edit.
- Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.
- Optional: Click More Filters and select filters relating to the projects.
- Update project assignments:
- Update a Single Project Assignment
- Click the field under the 'Project Assignment' column and select Remove.
- Bulk Update Project Assignments
- Mark the checkboxes for the projects, then click Edit.
- Under 'Project Assignment', select Remove.
- Click Apply.
- Update a Single Project Assignment
- Click Next.
- Review the changes, then click Save.
Note: Click Undo to remove an unwanted change before clicking save.
