Consolidate and Link ERP Companies to Procore Companies

NEW ERP DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE!

We're building a better way to serve you documentation that gives you the most up-to-date and relevant information about how to use your company's Procore + ERP integration.

This page is part of the new experience. The new experience is currently complete for Workday®, QuickBooks® Online, Yardi Voyager®, Xero™, CMiC, NetSuite®, MRI Platform X®, Acumatica Cloud ERP, and MYOB Advanced Construction only.

To view documentation for a Procore-supported ERP integration that is not yet part of the new experience, please see ERP Integrations and select the tile for your ERP system.

Objective

To consolidate your list of companies in your ERP and Procore directories so that there are no duplicates and that active ERP companies can be linked to their matching entry in Procore.

Background

Now that all of your ERP data is visible in Procore, the next step is to consolidate your list of contacts. A company in your ERP is equivalent to a company in Procore. Therefore, you must make sure that the companies in your ERP account are accurately represented in your Company level Procore Directory. You only need to link the companies that you’re going to use in new construction projects that will be managed in Procore. If you have a large number of companies in your ERP database that will not be involved in any new construction projects, it’s not necessary to establish an accurate link between your ERP and Procore directory. However, it is recommended that you archive those inactive ERP companies in Procore.

It’s recommended that you consolidate your directories in the following order.

  1. Link to Existing Company: If an ERP company exists in Procore, you can link them together. (Note: You can only link 'active' companies in Procore.)
  2. Add to Procore: If an ERP company does not exist in Procore, you can add it as a new company in the Procore Company level Directory and link them together.
  3. Archive: If an ERP company will not be used in any future jobs/projects managed with Procore, you can mark it inactive in your ERP and it will appear in the 'Archived' filter in the Filters menu in the sidebar of the Companies subtab in the ERP Integrations tool. Archived companies can easily be restored at any time.
