View a List of Synced Sub Jobs

This page is part of the new experience. The new experience is currently complete for Workday®, QuickBooks® Online, Yardi Voyager®, Xero™, CMiC, NetSuite®, MRI Platform X®, Acumatica Cloud ERP, and MYOB Advanced Construction only.

To view the synced Sub Jobs list. 


To view a list of sub jobs that have been added to Procore from your ERP system and synced between the two systems. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level or higher on the company's ERP Integrations tool AND one (1) of the following:
      • 'Admin' level permission on the Company level Directory tool. 
      • Your Procore user account must be granted the 'Create New Project' privilege. See Create New Projects
  • Not all ERP Integrations support syncing sub jobs. For details, see Things to Know about your ERP Integration.


  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool. 
  2. Click the Sub Jobs tab.
  3. Under Filters, click Synced.
    This reveals the Synced Sub Jobs list grouped by Project ID and Project Name.  A GREEN checkmark indicates the Sub Job is successfully synced between systems.
