Search Project Schedules at the Company Level

Objective

To search for tasks across all project schedules within the account.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permission: 'Read-only' and above on the company's Schedule tool.
• The Search bar is hidden when viewing the schedule using the Gantt Chart view.

Steps

1. Navigate to the company's Schedule tool.
2. Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar. The following fields are searched for the specified keyword terms:
   • project name
   • project number
   • address
   • city
   • full province name
   • postal code
   • Phone Number
3. Click Search.
