Delete a Custom Workflow Template Draft

 

Objective 

To delete a custom workflow draft from the Company level Workflows tool. 

Background

You can delete an unpublished workflow in the draft status from the Company level Workflows tool at any time. Published workflows can NOT be deleted. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool. 
      OR
    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool with the 'Delete Custom Workflows' granular permission enabled on your permission template. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workflows tool. 
  2. Locate the workflow draft to delete in the Workflows table and click View
     Note
    You can only delete a workflow when it is in the 'Draft' state and is NOT assigned to any Procore projects in your company's Procore account. 
  3. Click the icon-delete-trash6.png icon.
  4. Click Delete.
    A GREEN banner appears to confirm a successful delete action.
