Remove a Batch of User Accounts from a Project Directory
Objective
To use the Bulk Actions > Remove from Project menu in the Users view of the Project Directory.
Background
You can use the Bulk Actions > Remove from Project menu command in the Users view of the Project Directory. This allows you to remove a group of users from a project, so they can no longer gain access to the project.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool.
OR - 'Standard' or 'Read Only' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool with the 'Remove User from a Project' granular permission enabled on your permission template.
- 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Directory tool.
Demo
Steps
- Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
- Click Users.
- Mark the checkbox next to each user that you want to remove from the project.
- Click Bulk Actions and select Remove from Project.
- In the 'Remove User(s) from Project' window, click Remove to remove the users from the project or click Cancel to keep them on the project.
A green banner displays to confirm that the users were removed.
