Add Inclusions and Exclusions to Estimates
Objective
To add inclusions and exclusions to your estimate.
Background
When creating an estimate, you may want to add inclusions or exclusions. You can add inclusions and exclusions for only that estimate, or use an inclusion or exclusion from your library.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions for the Tender Board tool.
- Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.
- Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the Tender Board or Portfolio Planning tool and select the project.
OR - Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
- Click the Estimating tab.
- In the 'Notes' section, locate the 'Included' and 'Excluded' sections.
- Under the relevant section, take one of the following actions:
- Click the add icon and enter the inclusion or exclusion.
OR - Click Browse Library.
- Mark the checkboxes for the inclusions or exclusions.
- Click Select.
