Search and Filter Incidents
To filter and search for an incident in your project's Incidents tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Incidents tool.
- Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.
- Choose from the following:
Search for Incidents
- Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar. The following fields are searched for the specified keyword terms:
- Contributing Condition
- Contributing Behaviour
- Action Type
- Action Description
- Click Search.
- Click the Add Filter menu.
- You can filter by the following options:
- Time Unknown
- Click the menu that appears to add additional constraints.
