1 To create single tool report, users with 'Standard' permission on the project's Reports tool also need 'Read-only' or higher permissions to the tools they want to create a report for. For Financial Management tools, users must have 'Admin' permission on the appropriate financial tool to create a custom report. For the Company Directory, users will need 'Admin' permission on the Company Directory.
2 Users can only delete the reports they created.
3 To view project reports, users may also need additional permissions on the project tool associated with the report data. See View a Report.

1 Requires 'Admin' level permissions to the Company Level Directory Tool.
In addition, Depending on the field group, users may need additional permissions on the data's source tool in order to access the reportable data from within the Project level 360 Reporting tool. 1 Correspondence Type Admins can access all Correspondence field sets and are limited to columns and rows of data by correspondence types. Super Private Correspondence records are not available in Enhanced Reporting.

Access to datasets is determined by access to field groups within a dataset. In order to be granted access to a dataset, a user must have access to one of the field groups within the given dataset. The user will still only have access to the data within the field groups which they have access.

Below are the notable changes to the Project 360 Reporting tool.
The 360 Reporting tool supports company-level and project-level tax data within Financial Reporting. This update allows you to pull tax codes and rates directly from Financial Management tools into 360 reports. Tax information in reporting matches what users see in the core finance application. This ensures data consistency across applications, providing complete and comprehensive visibility into tax-related financials in 360 reporting. To learn more, see 360 Reporting: Data Guide.
Procore is releasing the February 2026 data update for the 360 Reporting tool, enhancing the monthly reporting capabilities for all users. This release will expand the available data columns and objects to enhance reporting capabilities across multiple tools. Users now have access to new data fields in Daily Log, Scheduling, and Financials tools. See 360 Reporting (Company): Data Change Log and 360 Reporting (Project): Data Change Log.
Procore has updated the Single Tool Reports experience to provide better consistency with the 360 Reports experience. Users can now find a vertical ellipsis button at the top of the page, where we also renamed the 'Clone' option to 'Make a Copy'. This change matches the design of our 360 Reporting buttons. Users can now generate faster, better-looking PDFs with the new export option for 360 Reports. Simply click Export and choose 'Try Our New PDF Export' from the menu. For details, see Export a Company 360 Report and Export a Project 360 Report.
To improve data clarity in 360 Reporting, Procore has added comprehensive descriptions for all Directory data set fields. Users can now hover over a new information icon next to data set fields to instantly see a clear explanation of what the field represents. Procore's AI tool Assist can now answer quantitative questions and build reports from your Preconstruction data (Estimating and Bidding 1.0). Procore Assist users with 'Standard' level permissions or higher in 360 Reporting can access data from tools where they have the required permissions.

Procore Assist provides North American customers with answers to quantitative questions and creates editable, savable reports. Assist can access data from all source tools in the 360 Reporting tool's Financials, Resource Management, Project Execution, and Directory datasets. Procore Assist users with 'Standard' level permissions or higher on 360 Reporting can access data if they have the required permissions. Procore introduced a new feature in 360 Reporting that allows users to expand or collapse all grouped rows with a single click, enhancing efficiency for reports with up to 1000 rows of data. Company Admin users can now promote Project level reports to the Company level 360 Reporting tool, facilitating their assignment to various projects. Procore has expanded the 360 Reporting capabilities to include new data objects related to payment processes, enhancing the reporting capabilities for general and specialty contractors. The 360 Reporting tool now supports data on payment beneficiaries, disbursements, payment permissions, and more, allowing for comprehensive analysis and management of payment-related activities. 360 Reporting is a native tool built into the Procore platform that offers a complete view of project-specific or company-level data. It enables cross-tool reporting for efficient analysis, provides historical reporting to improve future project success, and integrates all project data in one place, streamlining access to insights with an easy-to-use, out-of-the-box report builder.
Procore has released various enhancements to the Company level and Project level Reports tools for reporting on Workforce Management tools. You can now report on your workforce, production and T&M data alongside your financial information in enhanced reporting to gain insights such as labor utilization and date range production.
Enhanced Reporting allows users to create reports with data from multiple and related Procore tools on both active and inactive projects with a modern, intuitive interface.
This update will give Company Admins more control over their accounts by allowing them to edit or delete any report which has been shared with them or to which they have the report's URL. This means they will have the ability to stop, and delete if needed, any recurring reports created by other users, even if those users have been removed from the account.
