How do I sync my Prime Contract with Acumatica or MYOB Advanced Construction?

Background

Your ERP integration often requires you to take specific actions in order to sync items like contracts, invoices, or change orders. With Procore's Acumatica Cloud ERP and MYOB Advanced Construction Connectors, there is no action required to sync your Prime Contract. However, certain conditions must be met for an automatic sync to be activated. 

Answer

Prime Contracts in Procore are automatically synced to Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction as a summarized single line item within the Revenue Budget tab. Your Prime Contract is automatically synced in this way when the following conditions are met:

  • The project is synced with Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction
  • A Prime Contract exists in the 'Approved' status.

This automatic sync is active, and will detect changes made to the contract's value in Procore as they occur, and update the corresponding summarized value in Acumatica Cloud ERP or MYOB Advanced Construction accordingly.
